# 인천광역시 소방특별회계 운용에 관한 조례

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 조례는 「소방재정지원 및 시·도 소방특별회계 설치법 시행령」 제4조제1호에서 위임된 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

### 제2조(세입금액) [#art-2]

「소방재정지원 및 시·도 소방특별회계 설치법 시행령」 제4조제1호에서 “조례로 정하는 금액”이란 「지방세법」 제142 조제2항제3호에 따른 인천광역시 소방분 지역자원시설세의 100분의 70 이상을 말한다.
