# 인천광역시 중구 주민감사청구 조례

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 조례는 「지방자치법」 제21조제1항에 따라 주민의 감사청구에 관하여 조례로 위임된 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2021.11.5.>

### 제2조(감사청구 주민의 수) [#art-2]

「지방자치법」 제21조제1항에 따라 인천광역시장에게 주민감사를 청구하는 경우 연대 서명해야 할 주민의 수는 18세 이상 주민 150명 이상으로 한다. [전문개정 2021.11.5.]
