# 인천광역시 미추홀구 주민감사청구 조례

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 조례는 「지방자치법」제21조의 주민의 감사 청구 사항 중 조례에 위임된 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

### 제2조(감사청구 주민 수) [#art-2]

「지방자치법」제21조에 따라 인천광역시 미추홀구와 미추홀구청장의 권한에 속하는 사무에 대해 인천광역시장에게 감사를 청구하는 경우 감사청구서에 연대 서명할 주민의 수는 18세 이상의 주민 150명 이상으로 한다.
