# 소방시설공사업 자본금 확인서 발행 금융기관

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 고시는 「소방시설공사업법 시행령」 제2조제2항에 따른 "소방청장이 지정하는 금융회사"를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

### 제2조(금융회사 지정) [#art-2]

제1조에 따른 "소방청장이 지정하는 금융회사"는 「보험업법」 제4조에 따라 설립된 "서울보증보험주식회사"를 말한다.<개정 2020. 11. 3.>

### 제3조(재검토기한) [#art-3]

소방청장은 이 고시에 대하여 「훈령·예규 등의 발령 및 관리에 관한 규정」에 따라 2019년 7월 1일 기준으로 매3년이 되는 시점(매 3년째의 6월 30일까지를 말한다)마다 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 하여야 한다.
