# 소방기술자 양성·인정 교육훈련 수수료에 관한 고시

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 고시는 「소방시설공사업법」 제34조 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제37조제1항에 따라 소방기술자 양성ㆍ인정 교육훈련 수수료를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

### 제2조(수수료) [#art-2]

소방기술자 양성ㆍ인정 교육훈련을 받으려는 사람은 별표 1에 따른 수수료를 납부하여야 한다.

### 제3조(재검토기한) [#art-3]

소방청장은 「훈령ㆍ예규 등의 발령 및 관리에 관한 규정」에 따라 이 고시에 대하여 2022년 7월 1일 기준으로 매 3년이 되는 시점(매 3년째의 6월 30일까지를 말한다)마다 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 하여야 한다.
