# 성능인증의 대상이 되는 소방용품의 품목에 관한 고시

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 고시는 「소방용품의 품질관리 등에 관한 규칙」 별표 7에서 소방청장에게 위임한 성능인증의 대상이 되는 소방용품의 품목을 정함을 목적으로 한다.<개정 2012. 11. 1.>

### 제3조(재검토기한) [#art-3]

소방청장은 「훈령ㆍ예규 등의 발령 및 관리에 관한 규정」에 따라 이 고시에 대하여 2023년 7월 1일 기준으로 매 3년이 되는 시점(매 3년째의 6월 30일까지를 말한다)마다 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 하여야 한다.<개정 2015. 4. 21., 2016. 1. 11.>
