# 소방청장이 지정하는 감염병의 종류 고시

### 제1조(목적) [#art-1]

이 고시는 「119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률」 제23조의3 및 같은법 시행령 제27조의3에서 소방청장에게 위임한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

### 제2조(감염병의 종류) [#art-2]

「119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 시행령」 제27조의3제1항제3호에 따라 소방청장이 보건복지부, 질병관리청 등 관계 기관과 협의하여 지정하는 감염병의 종류는 다음과 같다.

### 제3조(재검토기한) [#art-3]

소방청장은 이 고시에 대하여 「훈령ㆍ예규 등의 발령 및 관리에 관한 규정」에 따라 2026년 1월 1일을 기준으로 매 3년이 되는 시점(매 3년째의 12월 31일까지를 말한다)마다 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 하여야 한다.
